Raspberry Pi Zero solder jig
thingiverse
We designed this solder jig to efficiently add headers or sockets to standard Raspberry Pi Zero boards and many pHat format add-on boards, which require soldering a header or socket onto them. The jig holds the Pi Zero or pHat module in place using lugs through the corner mounting holes. This allows either a male 40-way header or a female 40-way socket to be easily soldered directly to a Pi Zero or a pHat format module. If you experience some play between the header and the board, it might be due to bits of raft attached to the base of the jig, causing its height to increase. In this case, simply shave off the excess from the base of the jig or place a small piece of thin card under the header to resolve the issue.
