Raspberry Pi Zero Sleeve Case
thingiverse
UPDATE: You may wish to print this lovely remix instead, which adds ports for the camera connector and GPIO: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1619546/#files An easy-to-print sleeve for the new $5 Raspberry Pi Zero computer prints vertically, with a notch that lets the raspberry slide in snugly, plus a separate lid that snaps into place easily. The example shown was printed with natural PLA using stock settings on a Powerspec Replicator clone. I drew the design in Blender, making heavy use of boolean subtraction to create port holes, vents and more. It's functional as is but I'd love to make it better, especially the snap-in lid, so feel free to suggest how I can improve it or remix! Please leave comments with ideas on how to upgrade it, or feel free to spin your own version! I've attached my Blender source file too. Thanks for taking a look, and hope you find this handy. Print Settings: Printer: Powerspec Replicator Clone Rafts: Not really necessary Supports: Whatever works best Resolution: 0.2mm is fine by me Infill: About 15% gives me a nice balance
