Raspberry Pi Zero Pi-KVM Case

This is the RPi Zero variant of my RPi4 Pi-KVM Case. I find the Zero version of Pi-KVM convenient sometimes. Same as the other case I included different tops and also included a bottom that has zero text on it. This only supports the smaller version of the HDMI to CSI-2 board. There is no access to the HDMI port on the RPi Zero as I find it pretty useless for this application so why have an open port for it. I have also included easy access to the SD Card without having to use pliers or something else to remove it. The screws needed are the following. 4 x M2.5 4mm for Raspberry Pi Zero 4 x M2.5 4mm for HDMI to CSI-2 4 x M2 4mm for OLED I used the following parts in my photos. Raspberry Pi Zero WH Waveshare HDMI to CSI-2 Frienda 0.96" 128x64 OLED I printed everything at 0.2mm layer height. The bottom at 20% infill and top at 60% infill. The logo insert must be printed with a -0.15mm horizontal expansion so it will fit into the top. It is a tight fit so you may need to use something to press it in. I painted mine prior to inserting but other color filament looks better usually. Using dupont connectors for the OLED is not an option with this case. I crimped the dupont connector then covered in heat shrink. I then bent the connector 90 degrees so it can fit. Both the OLED and RPi side has to be done this way if you want to use an OLED. The top of the case has some pry points on them so you can use a flat head screw driver to pop the lid after it has been pressed on. The OLED spacer is technically optional if you use a nylon washer instead. I am not sure if it will be 1 or two washers. I do know if it is not spaced properly that the screws will damage the top of the case by going in too far.
