3D printed assembly and enclosure components for an air quality measurement (AQM) system (using a Nova SDS011 sensor) that also measures local temperatures, relative humidity and air pressure (with DS18B20, DHT11 and BMP180 sensors) .Developed as an Internet of Things (IoT) project that uploads the data to a central Tiki repository using Raspberry Pi code developed for Tiki/IoT usage as described here. The components are assembled on a framework that is then slotted into a (readily available UK domestic plumbing) PVC tube - 170mm long and 100mm inside diameter.More detail on the usage context, build detail and software is available from this link. All the components use 1.75mm PLA and a layer height of 0.15mm with print details for each component produced on an i3 Mk3 shown in the table below. However if a completed unit is to be deployed outside in an exposed location it may be sensible to use ABS for the exposed top cap - although PLA can be used for all other components.component file name/descriptionbrim (mm)supportfilament length (m)print time (i3 Mk3)bottom_plate17.stl: bottom plate of the AQM framework assembly connected to the top cap with 150mm long wooden dowel rods that are held in place with 6mm M2 self tap screws.nonenone7.002h 19mframe08repaired.stl: AQM main frame of the AQM framework assembly secured to the bottom plate with 6mm M3 pan head screwsnonenone4.181h 30m12x_1.2mm_boss_washer01.stl: (only 4 needed) 12x 1.2mm deep washers for ‘standing off’ the Raspberry Pi Zero from the frame - Raspberry Pi secured to the frame with 6mm M2 self tap screws.nonenone0.144mtop_cap09_repaired.stl: top cap of the AQM framework assembly connected to the bottom plate with with 150mm long wooden dowel rods that are held in place with 6mm M2 self tap screws.
