Raspberry Pi Zero Keychain Case

Recent Changes: Models are thoroughly revised and updated, including adjustments to the HDMI port position. This is my initial upload to Thingiverse. Frustrated with finding a Pi Zero case that printed smoothly and fit perfectly, I took matters into my own hands and created one myself. Inspired by Cowkitty's case design, I made some crucial modifications to ensure it would print flawlessly on my RepRap clone. The design is crafted in OpenSCAD and optimized for printing at 0.2mm resolution, guaranteeing a snug fit for both the Zero and its cover within the base. To safely remove the Zero, twist the case gently back and forth while lifting with care, taking into account the delicate connectors within it. The revamped case securely holds all versions of Raspberry Pi Zero in place, making them suitable for use as a keychain PC. However, I strongly advise against using ball-chain keyrings when transporting these devices outside the home, as they often come loose or break. Be cautious of any chains used to secure the case, as they may make contact with the Zero when it is powered. If you encounter printing issues or poor fitment on your printer, please don't hesitate to share your concerns.
