Raspberry Pi Zero Keychain Case

Raspberry Pi Zero Keychain Case

myminifactory

Keychain swivel case for the Raspberry Pi Zero and Zero W. The keychain's design is loosely based off Cowkitty's gift case on Thingiverse. While visually similar, this design securely holds the Zero in place to prevent it from being lost during transportation by grasping its sides firmly. This prevents the mainboard from popping out if the case is flexed. However, inserting and removing the mainboard often can be quite challenging so a simpler case should be considered. The cover requires gentle twisting for the pin to fit into its socket. If the pin breaks while printing, try using a higher temperature when reprinting. Slide the Pi Zero's USB end first under the tabs near the swivel end, then pull the case over the last two tabs one corner at a time. To remove the case, simply reverse these instructions. It is highly not recommended to use loose fitting chains to retain the case while the Zero is powered as short circuiting can occur easily. Time to print may vary significantly due to variations in printer design or filament stock. Dimensions and material quantity may also change greatly.
