Raspberry Pi Zero Dongle Case
thingiverse
This is a revised version of the Resin.io STEM case, adapted from the original design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2275029). Key modifications include replacing the top's cut-out with a solid layer to provide additional support for the GPIO components. Additionally, I added standoffs to both the bottom and top sections where they were initially absent. A lip was also incorporated into the top design to ensure it remains securely snapped shut without the need for glue. The model was printed using a PowerSpec Ultra 3D printer with PLA filament at a temperature setting of 25%. However, it is expected that lower percentage settings could be used successfully. Furthermore, I employed a three-shell approach primarily for enhanced durability rather than any necessity for structural integrity.
