I engineered a custom enclosure for a Raspberry Pi Zero within a standard CCTV setup. To prevent thermal damage, I integrated a dedicated cooling fan directly into the system. Additionally, I utilized a strong adhesive, such as double-sided Scotch tape, to securely attach a Wi-Fi USB adapter to the enclosure's surface.
