Raspberry Pi Zero Case
thingiverse
I just threw together a simple case in a matter of minutes. A few holes adorn the lid - there's one centrally located hole meant for securing a fan with glue or another method. In addition to that central opening, I also drilled four extra holes, which are intended to facilitate air cooling throughout the design. It does appear that some finishing touches are needed before it will be complete. Sanding along the edges will be essential in making sure everything is nice and smooth. Please keep in mind that this prototype hasn't been thoroughly tested yet - your experience may vary when using a Raspberry Pi within the enclosure. To save unnecessary filament waste, consider running an experiment first with cheaper, less desirable materials to confirm compatibility before proceeding further. I'm excited to hear any thoughts you have on this DIY creation!
