Raspberry Pi Zero Camera Holder - for DIY & custom cases

thingiverse

This adapter enables seamless integration of the camera module into self-made cases tailored to individual needs. To achieve optimal results, it's crucial to print this component using flexible filament. Mounting the camera requires a deliberate step-by-step process: first, drill a precise hole in the case, then carefully push the adapter into the hole. Next, insert the camera into the square recess located at the back of the adapter. For extended outdoor use, consider applying a small amount of silicone sealant to the exterior of the adapter where it interfaces with your custom case, ensuring a durable and weather-resistant fit. This design accommodates three distinct hole diameters – 12mm, 16mm, and 20mm – as well as three different case thicknesses: 1mm, 1.5mm, and 2mm. All possible combinations are included, allowing users to select the precise variant needed for their specific application. If a custom combination of dimensions is required or an alternative modification is suggested, please don't hesitate to reach out; I'll do my best to create and add it to this collection.
