This adapter makes it possible to use standard 12mm lenses (GoPro style) with Raspberry pi V2.1 cameras seamlessly. The final component requires tapping with a 12 X 0.5mm tap that can easily be found on eBay, and is securely held in place by four 2mm X 8mm (or longer) screws and nuts. Because the threads are extremely fine, the printing material needs to be as hard as it gets.
