This is a support for 1" PVC pipe, specifically designed for a custom hydroponic system. The holes in the design are precisely made for 6mm (M6) diameter screws and 20mm large ones, with M6 butterfly nuts recommended for secure attachment. However, the pipes may not be entirely accurate with their measurements, resulting in a slightly loose fit that can easily be compensated with a small piece of paper, as shown in the picture. I will focus on perfecting this aspect in my next design. To ensure a smooth installation process, I suggest using M6 butterfly nuts for the screws. Additionally, for the RPI, M2.5 screws are required, but these may not be readily available due to their relatively uncommon size. A small support is necessary to accommodate the screws, although this feature was initially included in an early design and later removed to simplify the model.
