Raspberry Pi Sleeve Case Mount

Raspberry Pi Sleeve Case Mount

This is a custom sleeve case for the raspberry pi, remixed to fit my needs. I made two key additions: a mounting bracket and an opening for a pi camera ribbon cable. These changes allow me to easily mount my pi to my Maker Select Plus printer for use with Octoprint. Originally, I designed this case for my Maker Select v2, but after upgrading to the plus model, I lost those mounting points. This revised design actually provides better cable management and organization to the pi. The frame screws that came with the printer were too small to fit the bracket, so I used M3x10 screws instead. Print Settings: Printer: Maker Select Plus Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 mm Infill: 20% Notes: Due to the awkward position of the bracket, I had to print this case upside down. A raft was necessary because there's limited surface area for the first layer when printing in this orientation. Adding the Camera to the Pi: Inserting the ribbon cable can be a bit tricky. To get it seated properly, I left the cable connector slightly open while sliding the pi into the sleeve. Once the pi was fully seated, I connected the ribbon cable through the opening and closed the connector using small tweezers.
