Raspberry Pi Skeleton Fan Cooled SSD Caddy Suits Pi 3B, 3B+ and 4B Spider style top with centre mounted 30mm fan mounted on top of the Pi sitting above an SSD Caddy. The Spider top is supported on 4x 3D printed 16mm high vertical support posts fixed with 4x M2.5x10 screws. The screws self tap in to the posts. Fan fixing is with 4x M2.5x12 screws and nuts. The caddy accepts any standard sized 2.5 inch x7mm SSD. It is fixed to the caddy with 4x M3x6 screws. The Pi sits on the caddy standoffs and 4x m2.5x12 screws pass through and self tap in to the support posts. Note. I elected to print the support posts but the normal brass posts can be used instead. As the screws self tap in to the PLA care should be used not to over tighten. 4x 8x3mm High silicone self adhesive feet fixed to the SSD underside stop it sliding around. All printed in PLA with no supports required. A brim is required for the 4x support posts. I've included STEP files as well as STL to make it easier to modify if required. Hardware 1x 30mm 5V DC fan 4x 10mm M2.5 screws 4x 12mm M2.5 screws 4x 6mm M3 screws 4x 8x3mm high silicone feet Hope the helps someone.
