Raspberry Pi Server Enclosure

Raspberry Pi Server Enclosure

thingiverse

I use a raspberry pi 4 as a multimedia Plex and automation server. My media is stored on an external hard drive. I wanted to make something that could hold al the needed server parts and wanted to be able to mount it under my desk. The result can be seen in the pictures. The enclosure can hold 2 hard drives. 1 external seagate hard drive and one 3.5 inch internal harddrive. They can be mounted in the "HDDRack" parts. With some adjustments, it would also be possible to insert two 2.5 inch internal hard drives. If someone would want to make the same enclosure or want to edit it to your needs, i'll give some extra info; I printed all the sheets separate and glued it all together. Also the mounting points for the lid and the desk, I glued on the enclosure. This made it easier to print. It is also possible to print it in one piece, but it would take around 30 hours. I place all the parts separately on Thingiverse, but also in one piece. There are not a lot of mechanical parts needed: - 4 x 4mm Ø woodscrews (the right length for you're desk) - 4 x M4x5 countersunk head screws for mounting the lid
