Raspberry Pi Rack Mount Box

# Clean, rack mountable Raspberry Pi container # A quick and easy 1U (half-U?) box for your Raspberry Pi! This box is designed to be able to fit some accessories as well, such as an external SSD case or some flash drives. There's also enough room in the box to tuck some extra cables if need be. Uses a 30mm fan on the left side (the default size that comes in the Canakit Pi package online) to provide active cooling. Vents are on the bottom of the pi, so make sure to leave a bit of room below the box. Probably a pretty inefficient cooling design, but it worked and looked nice! The box is designed to be used with two panel mount dongles for both power and ethernet. I used the following dongles: - [USBc](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08HS6VXNG?ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details&th=1) - [Ethernet](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06Y4J9MZ4?ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details&th=1) The small panel piece can be printed and glued behind the cloud to either add a pop of color, or you can do what I'm planning, and print it in a translucent white, and then add LEDs behind it! You can even wire these LEDs up to serve as status indicators for the pi. Get creative with multi-color strips and blink patterns for things like drive health state, or active clone processes. The container will require a small amount of support around the cloud more than likely, but most of this can be pulled off without supports if your settings are all dialed in.
