This is a custom enclosure designed to safeguard a Lithium-ion battery pack while preserving the complete functionality of the circuit board. Cutouts have been strategically placed to facilitate the insertion of SD cards and cables into the Raspberry Pi, allowing for seamless connectivity. The same cutout also grants access to the power switch, enabling users to easily turn their device on or off. On the opposite side of the enclosure, spacious cutouts accommodate USB and Micro-USB connectors of various sizes, ensuring universal compatibility with a wide range of connectors. To securely fasten the circuit board within the enclosure, I employed double-sided tape at the bottom of the battery. This design choice prioritizes convenience and ease of use, as removing the battery is not a regular occurrence. In the unlikely event that a replacement is needed, the battery can still be removed with minimal effort. Scale to 1000% for an accurate representation of this custom enclosure's size.
