Raspberry Pi PoE Hat Standoff
thingiverse
I didn't receive all of my Raspberry Pi PoE Hats with metal standoffs, so I had to create some plastic ones. The metal standoffs wouldn't work in the Official Raspberry Pi Case anyway, so it was a good opportunity to come up with a solution. Using M2.5x5 screws, I attached them to the board and they fit perfectly into the official case. It's a pretty straightforward process that works really well. I included a very simple Sketchup file in case anyone needs it. The file is just a basic cylinder design - 5mm outside diameter, 2.5mm inside diameter and 9mm high. If your printer produces an ID hole that's too large or too small for a 2.5mm screw, you might need to adjust your slicer settings accordingly.
