My goal is to shut down AC power after printing completes. I believe this approach may not be the most efficient or straightforward method, as replacing the power supply with an ATX one would likely be easier. However, I acquired this hardware some time ago for personal Arduino projects and my Raspberry Pi 1 B+ has been idle for months, so it's my current project. When the Raspberry Pi starts up, a script automatically runs and shorts out the contact on the relay, enabling AC power to the printer. Once the printing job is finished, an OctoPrint plugin called "Automatic Shutdown" turns off the power, and the relay switches off. That's the basic setup.
