Raspberry Pi Octoprint Printer Server Stand V2

This is a remix of Adafruit's Octoprint. I wasn't satisfied with how the Pi case sat loose on its stand, so I came up with a solution to reinforce both the case and the stand for better stability. To top it off, I redesigned the stand to make cable management easier for connecting to the Pi. Two versions of the Pi case's top part are included: one with "Server" text suitable for Multi Material Upgrades or dual extruders, and another plain version without any text. The stand was printed at 0.35mm resolution because I didn't think higher resolution was necessary.
