Raspberry PI Model B+ Sleeve case with IO Expansion connector exposed

My modification of Walter's Raspberry PI Model B+ sleeve was designed to add a cutout for the IO Expansion connector. To accomplish this, I imported the original STL file info into OpenSCAD and added/subtracted a few blocks to achieve the desired result. To provide your end cap, print one of the following: Raspberry_Pi_B+_Sleeve_v1-1_CAP.STL or RasPI_B+_sleeve_io_cutout.stl. The former will yield a vented sleeve with an IO expansion cutout, while the latter provides a single model that incorporates this feature.
