Here's a customized holder specifically designed to secure a Raspberry Pi A+ or B+ to the back of a monitor or television using four M3 threaded slots on top, devoid of any protective casing. I've yet to physically print this part, so please use it with caution until then. The detailed manual is as follows: Once you've printed out this holder, carefully drill out counter-sinks in the areas surrounding the 4 screw holes that connect the Raspberry Pi to the bracket, where the screw heads of these screws will rest upon the counter-sink surface.
