Raspberry Pi HQ Camera and CSI-HDMI Adapter Case + Mount
thingiverse
I was looking for a small case to hold my Pi HQ Cam including the CSI-HDMI adapter from ArduCam to be used in conjunction with the fantastic 'Articulating Raspberry Pi Camera Mount for Prusa MK3 and MK2' by sneaks. Eventually, I ended up with designing my own case and just 'glued' the ball mount at the back of it using Fusion 360. To assemble it you need to remove the tripod-adapter from the camera as well as the back-focus ring. Once you have put the camera barrel through the top cover part you can put these back in place. You need a few 2mm self tapping screws (pan head) to put the three parts together and to fix the CSI-HDMI adapter to the case (to ensure it stays in place when connecting the HDMI cable. I've used eight 8x2mm for the case assembly and four 5x2mm for the adapter. The camera will be held in place without any additional screws. Update 25/1/21: I've added the design for the rail bracket for the A350 enclosure which wil align with the existing threaded holes in the top rail. All the other parts for the flexible arm can be found at the original design.
