Raspberry Pi GPIO Header Soldering Jig
thingiverse
This soldering jig was originally designed to help solder GPIO headers (male or female) onto a Raspberry Pi Zero quickly and easily.\nThe design has been adapted slightly so it can also be used when soldering male or female headers onto other similar size but thicker boards such as HATs or pHATs.\nUPDATE:\nSince publishing this jig, I have updated the design to allow it to work with 90 degree male headers.\nThe Version 2 stl file will therefore work with both male and female straight GPIO headers, and 90 degree male headers too.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter Brand: Ultimaker\nPrinter: Ultimaker 2\nRafts: No rafts are needed\nSupports: None are required\nResolution: High resolution of 0.1mm is recommended\nInfill: A moderate infill density of 20% is suggested
