Raspberry Pi Frame for VESA Mount
thingiverse
This is a frame designed to mount a Raspberry Pi 2 or 3 to a 100mm VESA mount - a common mount that should fit perfectly on the back of many monitors and TVs. (DISCLAIMER: I measured the VESA mount on the back of my monitor at closer to 98mm than 100mm, which was strange, so I designed this part to fit that exact measurement.) It fits perfectly on my monitor, so I'd think it'll work for you too. But please let me know if it doesn't work; I can easily produce another version that's a true 100mm. The Pi mounts to the frame using the inner set of holes - use 4x M2.5 screws with matching hex nuts, as shown. You can mount the Pi to the frame in either orientation (right side up or upside down), and the VESA mount holes are a square, so you can rotate the whole frame however you like. Print Settings Printer Brand: Deezmaker Printer: Bukito Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 10% Notes: Depending on your printer, you might like a brim - it depends on whether you can print this large part without warping problems. It came out okay for me, but that's not true for everybody. How I Designed This Measured VESA mount; found Pi mounting hole dimensions online; made the whole thing in Tinkercad. Added raised/embossed π (pi) characters for a bit of amusing flair.
