Add four spacers and voila, a "free" RPi case. Simply install three plus four spacers glued beneath the RJ45 and composite out. There's just enough room for everything else. If necessary, drilling in at the bottom with an M3 drill bit will work fine. To make space for HDMI, you'll need to cut it out carefully, giving it a decent amount of clearance. YMMV - your mileage may vary.
