With this protective cover specifically designed for your 30mm fan, you can rest easy knowing your finger is far out of harm's way. Just print the cover and place it on top of your fan. Secure it with the screws you already use to hold your fan in place. The nearly 2 mm thickness means you won't need to swap out those screws for a better fit.
