Raspberry Pi Cyberdeck Keytar Case Mod Tray Interface
thingiverse
Wow, that name is quite a mouthful. Lately, I've been hooked on cyberpunk (wonder why?) and thought it would be hilarious if a decker pretended to be a rocker, concealing his cyberdeck within a keytar. As the idea grew, so did its weirdness. Fortunately, I stumbled upon a Rock Band keytar controller not much larger than a wireless computer keyboard. I ripped out the keytar keyboard and started merging a keyboard and raspberry pi into the case. More details are available on my blog, where I've been documenting each challenge as I tackle them, planning to summarize at the end. To be honest, I doubt anyone needs these, but what I learned through this project was valuable, so I'm sharing it. Plus, I want to keep track of these models for future replacement parts.
