I added brackets to hold a Waveshare 3.5inch RPi LCD (A). I am running Repetier Server on my Pi since it can manage two printers. I had to add vents to the top since it is manages web streams for two USB camera's and that generates more heat. I also added the Pi logo to the back since well I like it. I have clips to mount the Pi to a wall or to clip on a glass shelve.
