Raspberry Pi Case (RasPi)
thingiverse
Published on September 20, 2012 at Thingiverse, this Raspberry Pi case has been replaced by an improved version due to complaints about the RCA port misalignment in the initial model. The new parametric design addresses this issue and does not use Sketchup. To print the bottom part of the case, simply install the Raspberry Pi with its SD card slot first, ensuring a snug fit. For a fully enclosed version, print both the top and bottom parts together or use the one-piece RasPiCase for larger bots. The recommended printing settings are with a .35 nozzle at .2 layer height, using 2 perimeters and .2 fill; a heat bed is not necessary. An updated vented top design is also available to address cooling concerns. However, due to licensing issues, the STL files have been removed as the user failed to adhere to the terms of sale.
