Raspberry Pi Case

Raspberry Pi Case

thingiverse

A new version of this Raspberry Pi case has been made available! Improvements include increased clearance around the LAN socket, modified board support for a neater print, plus recessed labels for the sockets. The bottom has also been filled in, and a logo added to the top, which can be printed in a different color. The designer used Sketchup to create the design and a 3D Touch printer from Bitsfrombytes.com to print it. AXON.bfc files are included for ease of use, and the case should print successfully on a RepRap, MakerBot, or similar printer. Feedback on improvements is welcome; enjoy! For the new version, print a raft in black PLA at 210°C with the raft attached and trim off excess. If your printer doesn't require supports for the openings due to size, you can skip building them. Attach a badge printed in the required color using glue. The previous version took about 2.5 hours to print the base and 1.5 hours to print the top at 195°C with a layer size of 0.25mm using black PLA 3mm.
