Raspberry Pi Case for 4" HyperPixel Display from Pimonori https://shop.pimoroni.de/products/hyperpixel-4 or https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/hyperpixel-4 This case can be customized to fit any display size and height, making it a versatile option. The design features a snap-in box that makes installation easy. Customization options abound, including adjustable thickness for the outer walls, bottom, LCD cover, over glass, frame width inside display, gap between case and cover, and more. The two files, rpi3_4disp_base.stl and rpi3_4disp_lcd.stl, are designed with 1.5 mm wall thickness, making them suitable for printing on high-resolution printers like Formlabs. Additionally, the file rpi3_4disp.form is optimized for use with the PreForm Form2 printer from Formlabs. For those looking to print with a cheaper 3D printer, the files rpi3_4disp_base_2.5.stl and rpi3_4disp_lcd_2.5.stl feature thicker walls, making them more durable. My goal in creating this case was to design a standalone beat counter for Pioneer CDJ's that could be connected directly to the Ethernet port of the CDJ's and read the UDP protocol using a Teensy and Ableton Live (as shown in this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibh8aw3B2aw&t=36s). To make the case more robust on stage, I made it customizable with thicker walls. At present, I have an image that is resistant to power outages and features a graphic display using Adafruit's webIDE and beat-link-trigger.
