Raspberry Pi Case Clip (Wanhao Duplicator i3)
thingiverse
I wanted a way to attach my Raspberry Pi case to the printer and keep it close to where I was mounting the Raspbery Pi Camera Mount due to the short cable included with the camera. I designed this as a simple friction mount to hold the CanaKit Deluxe Raspberry Pi case to the gantry of my Duplicator i3. Two STLs are provided for download. The first is a normal clip with a secondary support on the clip, which I used for the mount near the SD card. The second is a single support clip that uses the case foot as an additional support, and I used this for the mount near the USB/Eth connectors. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25 Notes: I printed these on their side to reduce the amount of support material required, but if you print them as downloaded, you will need to use supports. Printed in Wanhao Light Green PLA. I made this design using Autodesk Fusion 360 and it requires a M3 Nut in the clip. Additionally, a Flat head (counter sunk) M3 x 6mm screw is needed in the Raspberry Pi case for assembly.
