Since no GPIO is required for OctoPrint, I modified the case by removing the IR port and adding vents on top and bottom. Two mounting sets were created. One set mounts the case horizontally. The other set mounts the case vertically. PS: Update: August 19, 2014 Added top case support for camera flat cable.
