The desired acrylic laser cut case from Adafruit was unavailable, so we decided to create our own using a Replicator. Our version is an extruded 1/8" (3mm) acrylic replication based on the original design. To recreate it, download and print the provided files. Print case-c.stl twice for top and bottom pieces. We split the parts into three files to avoid starting over from scratch in case of any printing issues. Though some filing may be required for tab fitting, the case works well without overheating even after several hours of usage with an unoverclocked Raspberry Pi.
