The Raspberry Pi is an affordable, credit-card sized computer that costs $25 or $35 (depending on the version). Its case design can be improved upon. Version 11 features simplified split placement at the backside and keeps a small margin for top and bottom fitting. Open logo and PCB holder options are also included. Dimensions were changed to 85.0 x 56.20 in v11. Version 12 offers different component locations and sizes, with a little margin on component holes, and a PCB size of 57.0 x 86.0. The case studs are wider, and two minor holes for self-tapping screws have been added. In version 14, the user obtained a Raspberry Pi, providing production board measurements. Version 15 centered the RCA and SND connectors. Thanks to lincomatic at Thingiverse. The OpenSCAD file can be altered for specific needs or users may ask for customizations. Drawing options are available in the code for full, top, bottom, top inlet, bottom inlet, PCB, and GPIO side hole parts. Users can control the case's appearance by changing parameters such as top frame, top inlet, top holes, top middle, top logo, and more. The size of the case can be adjusted using box thickness, inside height, and pcb height values. RepRap printing requires a minimum box thickness of 2.0.
