You will also need to print out the "front.stl" and "back.stl" from this link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3294512/files. Unscrew the 2 roller screws(if you look image #5, I circled them in red)feed the 2 screws in the 2 holes on the raspi_cam_mount and put it back on the z-roller plate(as seen in image #6). Make sure that the raspi_cam_mount is oriented where the arrow located above one on the screw holes is pointing up.Next I would assemble the arm before putting it on the raspi_cam_mount. First screw the raspi camera housing(back and front stl) to the double axis mount using a 20mm m3 screw.(Picture #7 & #8 shows how I did it). Then screw the double axis mount into the raspi_cam_arm using a 16mm M3 screw. Lastly I would feed the raspi cable through the cable management slots on top the raspi cam arm(as seem in picture #1) and put the raspi camera in its housing. After the arm is fully setup you should now slide it into the raspi_cam_mount.=======================================================================================================NOTESIf you are have tolerance issue with the arm sliding onto the mount you may want to use a sandpaper and/or deburr tool.If you are using a raspi cam V3, you will need to do some modification to the housing, this includes making the camera hole bigger, as well as cutting someIf you have any questions, comments or concerns about the print please message me=======================================================================================================
