Thank you! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Camera module with auto IR filter cut I made this pi camera case because there wasn't any case that would fit a raspberry pi cam with the auto IR cut filter. This camera is more useful than others because with the auto IR cut you don't have a pink picture at daylight. The case fits perfectly, it also has place for 3 heat sinks (14.2mmx14.2mm heatsinks), the cam and the IR lights can now easily lose their warmth. All the parts will set you back 19 dollars/euro. (except for the t-slot nuts, but you should have them at stock anyway for all kinds of mods) To mount the camera I made a straight and a 90 degree camera mount and a 2020 profile mount. To extend it print the nuts and balls as much as you need. ---------------------------------------- A little side note, I changed the z-axis leadscrews (8mm lead to 4 mm lead) on my ender 5 and didn't cut them at the right length yet, that's why the leadscrew is in front of the cam view. Sorry for that. ----------------------------------------- Settings, You need to edit octopi.txt, search for the line #camera="raspi" and change the source to "raspi" instead of "auto" or "usb". Also remove the # before the line. Then for the cam settings scroll down to: "Additional options to supply to MJPG Streamer for the RasPi Cam" and add the following line. camera_raspi_options="-x 1280 -y 1024 -fps 20 -quality 15 -hf -vf" These settings seem to work best and give the right FOV and screen ratio. As you can see I have set a low (15) quality, I did this because I saw no difference between a high and a low quality setting, only thing that changed was the bitrate that would go skyhigh, so I leave it at 15 for now. Also I added -hf and -vf to my settings, it stands for vertical flip and horizontal flip. I did this because I have the cam upside down.
