The original design that serves as the foundation for this remix posed a significant obstacle - it was incompatible with the latest 8 megapixel Raspberry Pi v2.1 Camera. Although the v2.1 camera shares the same fundamental circuit board dimensions, its surface mount components and camera-circuit board cable protrude to one side, rendering it impossible to integrate into the original design. In order to overcome this limitation, I revised the design using Tinkercad. The updated version now seamlessly accommodates the v2.1 camera and should also work with the original camera, albeit with a potentially looser fit. To achieve optimal compatibility, I performed some minor sanding on the backing plate to ensure a smooth integration.
