Raspberry Pi Camera Mount for the Ender 3

Raspberry Pi Camera Mount for the Ender 3

This is another Raspberry Pi camera mount. My design incorporates a clip that positively connects to the front of the Ender 3 (not sure about pro) without tools or hardware. It can also be easily removed in a flash. My favorite part is that I integrated loops for the ribbon cable. The cam enclosure requires a 3mm screw ~15 mm long. I’m pretty happy with the design and with it being centered I get some good Octolapses with it. The mount doesn’t resist vibrations that well but you’re still able to see if your print has gone haywire. Then again, I was only concerned with using it for Octolapse. The .stl file has it’s own supports built in so just print it as is; a brim I guess would be optional if you have trouble with sticking. The ribbon cable I am using is 60 cm and I’d say that is the minimum length you’d need. That's about it. Happy printing!
