Raspberry Pi camera mount for Prusa i3
thingiverse
This is my custom camera mount for the original Prusa i3 printer, and I've added an M12 lens adapter to my camera, so I had to modify the cover. It fits perfectly on the Raspberry camera v1.3, but unfortunately it doesn't fit on the v2 camera. I also designed a new arm that connects directly to the heatbed frame, eliminating the need to remove the camera when changing the glass. Here are the screws you'll need: 1. 1x M3x40 hex head (ISO 4017) 2. 1x M4x10 3. 2x M3x20 4. 3x M3 nut 5. 1x M4 nut The rotating part features an integrated M4 nut, so you'll need to add a pause to your gcode (or use the Prusa color change software without changing colors). Important note: My heatbed is lifted by bearings mount (available at thingiverse.com/thing:710913), and if you don't have this setup, the arm will collide with the display cover! Print settings: Printer brand: RepRap Printer model: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill density: 22%
