Raspberry Pi Camera Mount - Ender 3 Pro X-axis

thingiverse

This is designed for an Arducam and mounts to an Ender 3 Pro using 2-4 6mmx3mm magnets. I run my Ender 3 Pro using Octoprint and wanted a camera angle the was wide enough to see the majority of the ongoing print, but also on the same Z level as the hot end to be able to see issues that may occur. This led me to this design for an adjustable camera mount that attaches to the X-axis gantry so that it follows the Z height of the machine head. The camera ribbon cable also gets routed around to the back where it can be directed through my cable chain design to the Raspberry Pi Case mounted at the base of the printer. The camera case snaps together for the model Arducam that I have, but the mount arm is designed so that any new camera/case can be slotted onto it instead of the current one. All of my designs are unpaid passion projects that I choose to share, and I provide mesh models for free, but if you'd like to support me and my work, donations are greatly appreciated.
