To create the housing, I designed the case in SolidWorks and had it printed in ABS material. To print this design, you'll need to use the following settings: Printer Brand: Airwolf 3D Printer: AW3D HD Rafts: No, you won't need them for this project. Supports: Yes, enable supports for a stable print. Resolution: Set the resolution to .25 mm for optimal results. Infill: Use 100% infill for maximum strength. Tips for printing: I recommend using cheap ABS from eBay, which works best with a nozzle temperature of 235°C and a bed temperature of 130°C.
