Raspberry Pi Camera 3 Mount (2020 Extrusion)
prusaprinters
This model allows you to mount your Pi Camera Module 3 to any vertical 2020 aluminum extrusion. I designed it to mount on the side of a Voron 2.4, but it should work on other 3D printer designs too. Because of the angle, it's a particular great way to check that your print is still stuck firmly to the bed.Required hardware:1 M3x6 SCHS screw1 M3 T-nut1 M3x20 BCHS screw (longer screws and SCHS are also fine)2 M2x8 BCHS (SCHS is also fine)Assembly:Attach the hinge, T-nut, and M3x6 screw to the extrusion first. You will not be able to access the screw after the case is connected to the hinge.Insert the camera board and screw on the front of the case with the M2x8 screws.Align the case with the hinge and screw it together with the M3x20 screw.I printed this in ASA since it's in the enclosure of my Voron, but you could probably get away fine with PLA as well. Print fully solid, since there are lots of thin parts. No supports required, see photo for orientation. I've also included a quick remix of the z belt covers for Voron 2.4 printers that will allow you to run the camera cable through it.
