Raspberry Pi CAM Tevo Tarantula Base and Elbow

I had to modify the Tevo Tarantula's Raspberry Pi CAM base and elbow to mount hamkers' excellent Pi CAM Mount, found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2842300. The base needed a vertical modification to support the frame, as I couldn't find another suitable mounting spot. To make it work, I used the original L support bracket in between the frame as a spacer, allowing the Z wheels to fit behind this bracket. I also made some changes to the elbow, using two fingers to connect it to the beam and camera.
