Raspberry Pi Cam arm and case for Artillery Sidewinder X1

Raspberry Pi Cam arm and case for Artillery Sidewinder X1

thingiverse

I was searching for a good Raspberry Pi Camera case to attach in my Artillery Sidewinder X1 but I didn't find anything good so I've remixed 2 projects, one from Fly1ngWalrus and the other from sneaks. The result is a very useful arm that can be attached in the right X axis and an easy-to-move camera case for the best orientation during printing. [ABOUT THE ARM] After the print, if you notice that the arm's pins are too small for the holes, I suggest you to put some insulating tape around the lower and the central pin. In this way the arm will not move during printing, I've successfully tested it! [ABOUT THE CAMERA CASE] sneaks write in his project the following about the cam case: "As pictured, this mount was designed specifically for Raspberry Pi's OEM v2.1 Camera. If you try this with any other camera, you risk breaking the camera. The majority of the fit issues I've seen are due to the use of non-OEM cameras." So I suggest you to follow his reccomandations, also if I've used successfully an AZ-Delivery Pi Cam Rev. 1.3 with 100cm flat cable (ASIN: B07KSZW251 - Amazon) and works great!
