Raspberry Pi B+ cover with mounting lugs

This remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:396917 was created to allow users to mount the cover using M3 bolts, thanks to added mounting lugs. Ventilation has also been improved with hex formed ventilation holes in the cover. It's worth noting that the cover is made without any tolerances, making it necessary to print with good control. Some post-processing will be required to get the halves to fit together properly. However, the end result is well worth the effort. I've mounted the cover below my Velleman K8200 board cover.
