Raspberry Pi B+ Case with Fan (remix)
thingiverse
I really like Stanleykuenzle's design, purely for the fact that the fan is mounted inside the case. However, there were a few aspects I wasn't keen on, so I created my own version based on his. Changes: *Removed all of the vent holes and added more airflow to the system by reconfiguring the exhaust fan. The support posts are now attached to the top of the case for better structural integrity and fewer screws to hold it together. I also made several other design improvements, including adding bezels between the USB/LAN ports for a cleaner look and tightening the tolerances around the ports for smoother operation. My fan is configured as an exhaust fan, which allows for more efficient cooling. Given that it only runs at 5v and barely pushes much air, I didn't see the need for extra holes in the case. There are already enough small gaps to allow air to enter the system (around the microSD/ports, etc.). The design still uses the same screws as the original: x4 M3x12mm self-tapping screws for the case x4 M4x12mm machine screws for mounting the fan
