Raspberry Pi as OctoPi with mounting pouch for Anycubic Mega (S) and others

After a few weeks of running my Anycubic Mega S it was time to enhance the usability and comfort. Nothing better than adding a Raspberry Pi 4B and run OctoPrint on it. Yes, I was able to catch one in the ~1h they had some available. As I dislike stuff falling around on the desk I designed a small pouch which is clipped to the Z-axis portal of the printer. As they are separate parts my guess is that one can design different size/shape clips and use it for other printers too. Yes, I admit, the OctoPrint Logo on the pouch is absolutely useless. However, not everything has to make sense or be useful. If you don't like it shave it off, quite easy in Tinkercad. The smaller Clips need M4 threads cut into the holes. Then place M4x8mm countersink (flathead) screws thru the holes in the pouch (thru L for installation on the left side and R for the right) and place first the larger and then the smaller clip over the screws and screw them a bit in. Now place the entire assembly around the pole, hold the clips together and tighten the screws. Don't over tighten, the threads aren't as robust as steel nuts. The pouch has cutouts for all I/Os in case one wants to add keyboard or camera or ..... It is designed to be installed on both sides and with the USB connectors facing up or down. But... if you really want to use the ribbon cable connections at the side you better print the file octopi-case-split.stl as it is close to impossible to get it in with an installed cable. The split-pouch can be bolted together with four M4x35mm screws or four "flathead wood screws" 4x35mm. Naturally the pouch only fits a special type of enclosure. This is sold as passive cooling aluminum enclose under several brand names (Miuzei, Geekworm, iUniker and more) . It is shown in one of the pictures. A more detailed project report with parts list in German language can be found here: https://www.die-heimwerker.net/t653f22940-OctoPi-OctoPrint-zur-Ansteuerung-des-D-Druckers.html If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask questions there in English.
