This experimental test measures printing time, material usage, and cost for a credit card-sized alpha Raspberry Pi. Although not having the actual device, the process took 1 hour and 39 minutes, consuming 20 grams of material at $1 total. Design features included internal retention clip, standoffs, and sliding rails; however, improvements are suggested for better fit and function. The design is available to download and print, although its effectiveness is uncertain.
